On-Site Bid
Our process starts with a highly customized bid that carefully and thoughtfully factors in your every need, within your budget. This is why we rarely offer bids over the phone. Rather than trying to simply sell you a piece of technology, we instead take the time to inspect your current site, have a face-to-face conversation, and work to truly understand the best solutions to recommend. In addition, this allows you the opportunity to ask every question that's on your mind.

Schedule & Install
Once you've accepted our bid, we will come up with an installation plan that works best for your schedule, project timeline, and overall lifestyle. We rarely ask a homeowner or company owner to stop what they're doing to accommodate our work. Our smart home installers are extremely efficient and can work around nearly any constraint or stipulation necessary.

Education & Support
We stand behind our work and our products, and we make ourselves available to you anytime you have questions. After installation, we will educate you on everything you need to know to successfully take advantage of your newly installed technology, from basic operations to "tips and tricks" to help you make the most of your investment.
